RN Nurse Manager 5000 Bonus

Interlude, now Allina Health Restorative Suites, a state-of-the-art transitional and restorative care campus in Plymouth, MN, is hiring a RN Nurse Manager to join our team! We're dedicated to redefining patient care during transitions, combining clinical excellence with a hospitality-focused environment. 

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Registered Nurse to join us as a Nurse Manager in a TCU. We offer competitive compensation with great benefits, including a $5,000 Bonus. NO WEEKENDS!

Position Type: Full-Time (Including On-Call Responsibilities)

Wage Range: $90,000 - $105,000 Annually depending on experience

Bonus: $5,000

Location: 2775 Campus Dr, Plymouth, MN 55441 West Metro 

Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Nursing with management and compliance of the nursing department.
• Meet high standards in the areas of administering and supervising health care services.
• Assume responsibility and authority for the administration of the department in the absence of the DON.
• Mentor RN and direct care team in quality care and customer service.
• Complete regular compliance audits and initiate training for improvement.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Excels in a high paced environment 
• Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required and must be in good standing.
• BLS/ CPR Certificate.
• Knowledge of State and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work hands-on with residents.
