Willamette Family is looking for RN Nurse Manager for Withdrawal Management and residential treatment in our Buckley Program

Compensation: $115k-$130k/ Annually 

Employment type: W2 Salaried Exempt

Requirements

Qualifications 

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current, unrestricted Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license. 
• Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. 
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, preferably in substance use disorder treatment, behavioral  health, withdrawal management, residential treatment, or a related healthcare setting. 
• Supervisory or leadership experience required, including experience providing clinical oversight, coaching, training, and support to nursing or medication-related staff. 
• Knowledge of medication management practices, including medication storage, documentation, medication reconciliation, controlled substances, medication errors, and infection prevention. 
• Knowledge of, or ability to learn, applicable Oregon Administrative Rules, Oregon State Board of Nursing requirements, ASAM standards, and agency policies related to withdrawal management and residential SUD services. 
• Ability to develop, implement, monitor, and improve nursing and medication-management procedures and provide training to nursing and non-nursing staff within their appropriate scopes and assigned responsibilities. 
• Strong organizational, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with LMPs, nursing staff, program leadership, and multidisciplinary treatment teams. 
• Ability to respond appropriately to medical concerns, medication incidents, and other clinical or operational issues and determine when escalation to an LMP, Medical Director, program leadership, or other appropriate party is necessary. 
• Ability to effectively interact with coworkers and clients from diverse backgrounds and treat all individuals with respect and dignity in accordance with the agency's nondiscrimination policies.

• Ability to assess clinical situations, exercise sound nursing judgment, and appropriately escalate medical concerns. 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage time, and meet deadlines. 
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, staff, medical providers, leadership, pharmacies, and community partners. 
• Knowledge of community healthcare resources and appropriate referral processes. 
• Knowledge of de-escalation techniques or ability to successfully complete required training. 
• Ability to use electronic health records and other technology necessary to perform job responsibilities.
