About the Opportunity

Weve partnered with HCA Florida JFK Hospital a respected name in acute care leadership to identify their next RN Nurse Manager Med Surg. This is a full-time, W2 direct hire position with relocation and sign-on bonuses available on a case-by-case basis. Youll lead a seasoned Med Surg team, fostering clinical excellence, patient safety, and operational efficiency.

Role Snapshot

• Location: Atlantis, Florida

• Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

• Salary: $90,000 $115,000/year (based on experience)

• Bonuses: Relocation & Sign-On (case-by-case)

• Setting: Nursing Administration / Med Surg Unit

What Youll Do

• Provide leadership and daily oversight for Med Surg operations

• Drive patient safety, quality initiatives, and staff development

• Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership

• Monitor departmental compliance, performance, and standards

What Youll Bring

• RN licensure in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)

• 35+ years of Med Surg or leadership experience

• BLS and ACLS certifications

• Proven track record in staff mentorship and operational excellence
