Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Nurse Manager (RN) in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Nurse Manager leadership role focused on clinic operations, workflow efficiency, and team development
• Opportunity to lead nurses, supervisors, trainers, and medical assistants within structured outpatient environment
• Stable weekday-only leadership schedule designed to support long-term work-life balance

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $84,000 – $95,000

SCHEDULE
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Predictable daytime clinic hours
• No weekends required
• No call responsibilities

ROLE
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to nursing staff and supervisors
• Coordinate clinic operations and staffing workflows
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership on policies, procedures, and care standards
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, PCMH, and regulatory standards
• Manage inventory, equipment planning, and departmental resources

• Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license REQUIRED
• Minimum 5 years healthcare experience REQUIRED
• Minimum 3 years leadership or supervisory experience REQUIRED
• Family Medicine or Primary Care experience REQUIRED
• Experience developing workflows, protocols, and policies REQUIRED
• Strong leadership, coaching, and operational management skills REQUIRED
