Job Summary:
We are seeking a Nurse Manager of Neonatal ICU (NICU) for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other, and we are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we are do.
Responsibilities:
You will assist the Director with all department activities to assure a coordinated effort in fulfilling department responsibilities with the long-range plan, mission, vision, and values of the facility.
You will assist in coordinating the department’s participation in Performance Improvement activities to assure continuous Quality Improvement.
You will ensure that nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates the effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
You will provide clinical support to the nursing staff.
You will be responsible assisting, planning, implementing and evaluating care for patients in the Women’s Services Units.
Compensation:
Salary Range: $40 -$58/hr. (Pay strongly based on years of experience)
Sign on: Case by case
Relocation: Case by case
Qualifications:
Experience - 2+ years of Recent (Within the last year) Acute Care NICU Leadership (Manager or Charge Nurse) experience required.
Licensure - Current RN License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
Education - RN or APRN – Bachelor's degree required.
