RN Nurse Mnager

Talent Consultants is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Manager to lead a nursing team within our healthcare facility. The RN Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, managing staff, and implementing policies that comply with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will foster a positive work environment, encourage professional development among staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. This position involves scheduling, budgeting, performance evaluations, and actively participating in the strategic planning process.

• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, hospital policies, and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead a diverse nursing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Commitment to continuous education and quality improvement initiatives.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; additional certifications in nursing leadership preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, stakeholders, and other healthcare professionals.
