Position Overview:
In this role, you'll support physicians in delivering exceptional medical care to patients. You will play a critical part in assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, and follow-up services helping ensure optimal outcomes in a compassionate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments, review patient histories, and develop care plans

• Administer treatments, medications, and procedures as prescribed

• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

• Active RN license or certified Physician Assistant license in the state of Connecticut

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting

• Strong communication and clinical judgment skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care

• BLS/ACLS certification preferred
