RN Nurse Practitioner-PA - 2nd shift - Whittier Rehab Hospital

Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital - Bradford
Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant  - Full Time
Hours: 2pm -10:30 pm

Essential Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in collaboration with medical staff; performs History and Physicals for new admissions
- Interprets and evaluates clinical/diagnostic findings and communicates to the physician and other health professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plan.
- Makes regular reassessment rounds to identify and assess patient's clinical problems
- Performs other duties within guidelines and instructions of physician
- Provides leadership in the development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of practice
- May take part in hospital committees, and development programs
- Other duties as required

Required:
- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- MSN or Graduate of accredited NNP or PA program
- 3-5 years experience in geriatric/adolescent rehabilitation, medical surgical nursing and other hospital care
- Certification Rehabilitation Nursing and ACLS certification highly desirable.
