RN On Call - Hospice

Here at Spirit Hospice of Georgia, we’re your neighbors. Spirit is a locally owned hospice company built on trust, compassion, and an unshakable belief that both our patients and our employees deserve to be deeply cared for.

Position Description:

Hospice is a 24/7 service, and so are we. We know emergencies don’t clock out at 5 p.m., which is why we’re looking for an on-call hospice nurse to step in when patients need you most. This 7-on, 7-off role keeps your days free and your nights on standby. Thanks to our triage process, our nurse's phone will only ring after hours when a visit is truly needed (no midnight calls for paper cuts, we promise).

Position Requirements:

• Current RN license in the State of Georgia

• Current CPR & First Aid Certification

• Reliable and legal transportation to and from patient's place of residence

• Hospice or home care experience is a plus, but kindness and reliability matter the most

What Makes Spirit Hospice of Georgia different:

• Competitive pay + mileage reimbursement

• A supportive, real-deal team that always has your back

• Locally Owned & Operated: Decisions are made here instead of a distant corporate office. We know our patients, and we know each other.

• Employee-First Culture: We don’t just care about you, we care for you with manageable workloads, flexible schedules, and open door leadership.

• Health, Dental, Vision & 401k Benefits

• No Red Tape, Just Real Support: You’ll work with a leadership team who knows your name and your story.
