ABOUT THE ROLE

Promote and practice the Agape/Sage Hospice Care philosophy and mission of: To provide the absolute most compassionate, comprehensive and qualified care to people with life -limiting illness in order to serve them through their individual journey with dignity, respect and integrity.

*This schedule will be Mon - Thurs 5PM to 9AM standby on call

*Ideal Candidate will live in Cumming/Alpharetta/Roswell Corridor

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• One (1) to two (2)years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting.
• One (1) to (2) years of recent experience in home care.
• Current licensure in the state of residence and a valid driver’s license.
• SKILLS/ABILITIES/KNOWLEDGE:
• Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
• Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Prolonged or considerable walking or standing.
• Ability to lift, position or transfer patients.
• Ability to lift supplies and equipment.
• Ability to stoop, bend, kneel or crouch.
• Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate ongoing insurance in accordance with the state and organization requirements.
