We are looking for a passionate RN or LPN for a school nursing assignment.
12-year-old client in North Royalton, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Mon-Fri & we some night shifts that need covered!

Our nurses provide skilled services in the comfort of the patient's own home and are responsible for delivering quality care, appropriately and compassionately. We are looking to add enthusiastic members to join our independently owned and operated home health agency.
Position Responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Perform and maintain care as defined by client’s individual plan of care within scope of Ohio medical practice act
- Administration of medications following physician orders
- Monitor patient’s condition and notify our Director of Nursing and patient's Physician of any changes
- Provide nursing skills with compassion and have excellent assessment skills
- Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Counsels the client and family in meeting nursing and related needs
We service Northeast Ohio and require:
- Active and unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Must have graduated from a accredited nursing program and have at minimum one year of clinical experience
- Current CPR certification
- Reliable transportation and travel time of up to 20-30 minutes required to provide care for our clients (must have active driver's license and proof of auto insurance)
