RN or LVN Pediatric Private Duty School Case | Richmond, TX

Reliant Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate and experienced RN or LVN for a school-based pediatric private duty nursing (PDN) case in Richmond, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse looking for a consistent weekday schedule while providing 1-on-1 care to a pediatric patient in a school setting.
About the Patient

• Pediatric patient with G-tube (GB) and Autism


• Non-verbal, ambulatory (walks independently)


• Autism experience is required


• Calm, structured care environment with 1-on-1 support

School & Schedule Details

• School hours: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM


• Transportation provided:
  School bus picks up and drops off both the patient and nurse at the home daily

Shift Schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM


• Thursday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM

(Includes morning care, school hours, and post-school support)
What You’ll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care for a pediatric patient


• Support the patient throughout the school day


• Monitor patient condition and ensure safety and comfort


• Communicate with family, school staff, and care team as needed


• Complete all documentation using electronic medical records (EMR)

Qualifications

• Active RN or LVN/LPN license in the state of Texas – REQUIRED


• Autism experience required


• Pediatric experience preferred


• Reliable, patient-focused, and compassionate


• Comfortable working in a school and home-based setting
