We’re seeking an experienced, driven, and passionate RN or Paramedic for a Lead IV Tech role at our Brookfield location.

Position Overview

As the Lead IV Tech, you’ll lead by example—administering IV and IM therapies, assisting with clinical operations, customer service, and marketing. This role is ideal for a skilled RN or Paramedic who’s ready to grow into a leadership position within a thriving wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional IV infusions and IM injections with clinical accuracy and care.

• Assist with daily clinic flow, supporting staff, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Collaborate with the Assistant Clinic Director on inventory, ordering supplies, and customer communication. 

• Assist with mentoring new team members.

• Ensure adherence to safety, sanitation, and documentation standards

• Educate clients on nutrient therapies and help guide wellness decisions

• Promote a positive, team-based, and client-centered clinic culture

Requirements

• Active RN or Paramedic license in Wisconsin (required)

• Strong IV placement experience (minimum 1 year)

• Passion for wellness, functional medicine, and client care

• Professional, calm, and confident under pressure

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• BLS certification
