• Provide comprehensive nursing care and assessments for patients of all ages
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans using EPIC EMR system
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments with precise documentation
• Serve as a patient advocate and educator for families and caregivers
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed)
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
