Rate: $2,182/36 -hours

Requirements:

Active RN license in state of practice.

Minimum 2–3 years of acute care nursing experience (supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred).

BLS and ACLS required; additional certifications per facility may apply.

Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to make rapid decisions, manage crises, and coordinate multiple priorities.

Experience with patient flow management and hospital operations preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff across all units during the shift.

Coordinate patient flow, including admissions, transfers, and discharges, to maintain appropriate staffing and bed management.

Serve as the acting administrator -on -duty, addressing operational issues, staff concerns, and patient or family needs.

Respond to emergencies, rapid responses, and critical events, offering support and direction.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and safety protocols.

Assess staffing needs and reassign personnel as needed to maintain safe patient ratios.

Support clinical teams with problem -solving, conflict resolution, and escalation management.

Document incidents, staffing decisions, and operational concerns and communicate with leadership.

Promote a positive, collaborative, and efficient environment for staff and patients.
