Minimum Offer $37.80 Maximum Offer $51.00

Summary:

Responsible for prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently integrating a standards-based framework model.

Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 1.00 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: Days (United States of America)

Responsibilities:

The PACU RN in Española, NM, plays a vital leadership role in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit, overseeing the recovery of surgical patients to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care. This position requires clinical expertise in post-operative monitoring, pain management, and emergency response, along with strong communication and organizational skills to coordinate with surgical teams and manage unit operations.

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)

Qualifications:

Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required
Academic Preparation:
*Degree from accredited academic nursing program (If a program is under conditional status, approval may be granted by system CNO)

*Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire
