RN- PACU- PRN

Opportunity: PRN opportunity for a Registered Nurse in a state-of-the-art outpatient surgical facility in Evans, GA.

With 5 offices, 19 physicians, and a variety of services Augusta Aiken ENT & Allergy strives to help everyone feel their very best.

Duties (summary): In this role you will provide individualized post-anesthesia nursing care to patients in the immediate post-operative/ post-anesthesia period, develop a plan of care for the patient based on assessment data, review postoperative instructions and prescriptions from the surgeon with patients and significant others.

Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a Registered Nurse with a CPR certification and good communication skills. Prior experience in PACU or Critical Care is definitely a plus.

Schedule: 6:00am until approximately 4:00pm weekdays, no weekends or major holidays

Skills and Qualifications:

· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

· Licensed as an RN in the state of Georgia

· CPR Certification

· ACLS Certification and PALS Certification preferred

· Ability to work in a team environment

· Punctual and dependable

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and sit
