RN, Patient Care Supervisor

The RN, Patient Care Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of care delivered by back office staff within the office and mobile clinic settings and accountable for the on-going assessment of competency for the clinical staff. The RN, Patient Care Supervisor works collaboratively with the Leadership Team and providers to ensure compliance of policy and procedures and to insure quality patient care.

Education:
Certificate of completion from an accredited school of nursing for registered nursing.

License/ Certifications:
Valid California Registered Nurse license.

Provider level basic life support (BLS) from AHA approved program.

Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of Registered Nurse experience.

Minimum of 2 years in a lead/ supervisory capacity.

Training must be appropriate to site needs.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must be proactive in identifying concerns/ problem solving.

Must demonstrate ability to follow-through on assignments.

Must take initiative to facilitate change.

Demonstrates the ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish fluently.
