Pharmacy Supervisor RN Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Hospice Required
• 1 year of leadership experience
• Extensive knowledge in Pharmaceuticals
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Active, unencumbered state RN license

Pharmacy Supervisor RN Shift:

• Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with participation in after-hours phone rotation
