Job Title: Registered Nurse – PICU | Night Shift

Location: Seattle, WA
Shift: Full-time | 36 hours/week | Night shifts | 12-hour shifts

Avant Tech is seeking compassionate, experienced pediatric critical care RNs for multiple openings in a leading Seattle-based medical center’s PICU. This is a chance to work in a nationally respected healthcare system while providing lifesaving care to pediatric patients.

Position Highlights:

• Provide direct critical care nursing for pediatric patients in the PICU
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist in life-saving procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care
• Deliver family-centered support during high-stress scenarios
• Maintain meticulous documentation and patient records

• Active Washington RN License
• BLS and PALS Certifications (American Heart Association)
• At least 1 year of full-time post-graduation RN experience in a PICU
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
