RN - PRN

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to providing comprehensive patient care, and the ability to effectively coordinate interdepartmental patient care activities while maintaining nursing standards. You will work with a variety of patients and partner with a dedicated team of Providers.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation techniques to provide comprehensive and competent patient care

- Effectively interact with patients, family members, and staff

- Coordinate interdepartmental patient care activities

- Maintain nursing standards and adhere to hospital policies and procedures

- Must be able to work in an Emergency Room Setting

Education and/or Experience:

- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

- Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience in a hospital setting preferred

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations:

- Current Nebraska RN license

- Basic Life Support (BLS)

- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire

- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 12 months of hire

- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) within 6 months of hire
