**Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN):**

- Lead and coordinate the daily activities of nursing assistants, ensuring seamless teamwork and communication within the care team.

- Diligently complete essential record-keeping tasks during resident admissions, discharges, and transfers while adhering to facility policies for accurate charting and documentation.

- Prepare and expertly administer medications as prescribed by physicians, following established protocols for drug administration to ensure safety and efficacy.

- Conduct thorough daily rounds of the unit, skillfully prioritizing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

**Qualifications for the Registered Nurse (RN):**

- Must possess a valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

- Flexibility and willingness to work every other weekend.

- Current CPR/BLS Certification is required to ensure readiness for emergencies.
