Qualifications

• 
  

  Graduate of an accredited nursing program

  
  


• 
  

  Current, unencumbered RN license in Missouri

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and leadership skills

  
  

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assess patients and develop/revise care plans with the interdisciplinary team

  
  


• 
  

  Administer medications/treatments, including IV fluids and meds

  
  


• 
  

  Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain open communication with patients, families, and physicians

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure quality care standards and regulatory compliance

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with admissions, documentation, and staff scheduling
