RN (Registered Nurse) Painted Post, NY ($60.00 an Hour)

Regional Care Network is looking for a Registered Nurse at a healthcare facility located in Painted Post, NY

Pay Rate: $60.00 per hour.

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse (RN)
Assist in assessment and care planning for residents.
Complete assessment to all residents quarterly and PRN such as: pain assessment, fall assessment and skin assessment.
Does treatments, dispenses medications, and performs other nursing functions as needed on a regular basis.
Inform the Physician orders are transcribed and carried out in a timely manner and other RN duties within the Scope of RN responsibility.

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited school
Current NY State RN License
BLS Certification
1 year of LTC Experience, SNF experience strongly preferred.
