RN (Registered Nurse) - Per Diem

We at EMPRO Staffing are seeking Per-Diem RNs to join Springvale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

We are currently seeking motivated Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem positions. As a Per Diem RN, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work in various healthcare environments, delivering high-quality patient care across different settings. This role is perfect for RNs looking to enhance their experience and adapt their schedules to meet personal needs while making a significant impact in the lives of patients.

Hourly Rate: $53

OT & Holiday Rate: $79.50

Pay Period: Sunday to Saturday

Pay Schedule: Weekly, Every Thursday via Direct Deposit

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ medical conditions and document observations and interventions accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Monitor and evaluate patients’ responses to interventions, making necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Support the facility by being adaptable and responsive to the fluctuating needs of patient care.

• Current and valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
