Salary Range:

• $30.69/hr (2 years of experience)

• $33.71/hr (5 years of experience)

• $43.20/hr (17 years of experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation Assistance: Available for candidates living 100+ miles away (typically $2.5k - $5k)
Shift Differentials:

• Nights: +$4.25/hr

• Weekends: +$3/hr

Position Overview:

This 523-bed acute care facility offers services in cardiovascular care, oncology, orthopedics, neurosciences, and more. The RN Renal Vascular role provides care for patients within a patient-centered model. Candidates must be comfortable with a 7:1 nurse-to-patient ratio and living within a commutable distance (less than 60 minutes from the facility).

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and reliable care for ill, injured, and recovering adults.

• Perform clinical assessments, manage treatments, and advocate for patient safety.

• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatments.

• Ensure efficient use of time, supplies, and equipment.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (Med-Surg, Med Tele, IMU, PCU).

• Active Florida RN license or multistate license.

• BLS certification required; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of employment.

• ASN required, BSN preferred.
