RN Resident - Progressive Surgical Unit

Talent Consultants is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated RN Resident to join our Progressive Surgical Unit. This position is designed for new graduate nurses looking to enhance their clinical skills in a safe and supportive environment. The RN Resident will participate in a comprehensive residency program aimed at bridging the gap between education and practice, gaining hands-on experience with an emphasis on patient-centered care in surgical recovery and postoperative monitoring.

As an RN Resident, you will work alongside experienced nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care to patients recovering from surgeries. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about developing their nursing expertise and committed to lifelong learning.

36 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts

24 hours per week, 12-hour, Variable Shifts 

• graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or ADN)
• Current and valid RN license or eligibility to take the NCLEX exam
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinical environments
• Dedication to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to manage a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Prior clinical experience (internships, externships, or clinical rotations) preferred but not required
• Participation in a structured residency program commitment for a specified time period
