• Oversee and coordinate clinical services to ensure high-quality resident care
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to nursing staff
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure compliance with state and federal long-term care regulations
• Assist with care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for senior care and team development
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations preferred
