WorkFit Medical Staffing is on the lookout for a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves supervising nursing staff and ensuring that our patients receive the highest standard of care. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for assessing staff performance, ensuring adherence to healthcare policies, and leading training initiatives to enhance nursing practices. Your leadership will play a crucial role in fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritizes patient well-being.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of patient care standards and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and other healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrated capability in staff training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
