Requirements

• Must be a NYS Licensed RN in good standings 
• Minimum 2 years long term care experience
• Serve as the leader of a team of nursing professionals including RN’s, LPN's & CNA's
• Will work closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure our facility maintains our high standards of person centered care.
• Previous leadership experience a must
