$78,000 – $95,000/year + Benefits

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated RN Unit Manager to lead our nursing team. You’ll manage day-to-day unit operations, mentor staff, and ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care. This leadership role offers a stable weekday schedule with the flexibility to manage your day effectively. There may be a weekend on-call rotation required along with all RNs. Inquire at interview!

Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise unit staff and manage daily workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor and support nursing team members

  
  


• 
  

  Review and maintain accurate care plans and documentation

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with healthcare policies and quality standards

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with residents and families

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor supplies and collaborate with leadership on unit needs

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Valid NYS RN License

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  At least 1 year of supervisory or Unit Manager experience (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer proficiency for documentation
