Position Overview

We’re seeking a dedicated RN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team at Robinson Terrace. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee daily unit operations, mentor staff, and ensure residents receive the highest standard of care in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  Supervise and support nursing staff while managing daily unit operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop, implement, and uphold policies and procedures.

  
  


• 
  

  Mentor nurses through clinical guidance and career development.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure care plans are accurate, individualized, and consistently followed.

  
  


• 
  

  Review resident records and monitor care quality.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate effectively with residents and families, addressing concerns promptly.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain adequate medical supplies and ensure smooth operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with leadership to advocate for unit needs and resolve issues.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Valid RN license (required).

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of long-term care experience (preferred).

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic computer proficiency for documentation.
