About the Role

As an RN or LVN at Lincoln Glen Manor, you will play a key role in delivering quality, resident-centered nursing care. You will supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensure compliance with clinical standards, and provide hands-on care that fosters dignity, independence, and well-being for seniors. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs, establish work procedures, prepare schedules, and counsel/discipline staff as needed.

• Deliver nursing care to residents, including admission assessments, interim care plans, and daily monitoring.

• Administer medications and treatments; monitor for side effects, drug interactions, and contraindications.

• Respond to emergencies promptly and appropriately.

• Maintain accurate clinical records, files, and incident reports.

• Confer with residents and families to ensure clear communication and understanding of care.

• Conduct daily rounds and ensure residents are aware of available services.

• Maintain accountability for controlled substances.

• Support facility supply systems and overall nursing operations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

• Active state licensure as RN or LVN.

• IV certification and current CPR card.

• Knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, and incompatibilities.

• Ability to sit, stand, lift, bend, reach, and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

• Proof of permission to work in the United States.
