Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Pay Rate: Starting at $40/hr

WorkFit Medical Staffing is actively recruiting compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for long-term care facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their health and well-being in a supportive environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitoring patient progress and responding to changes in condition.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.

• Current RN license in the state of New York.
• At least 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
