What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the Health & Wellness Director in overseeing nursing and care operations
  • Mentor, train, and support clinical and caregiving staff
  • Promote high standards of care, safety, and compliance
  • Assist with quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and interdisciplinary team
  • Support state regulatory compliance across the community


What You’ll Need:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Active RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa 
  • 1-3 years of clinical experience in assisted living or long-term care
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills
  • Passion for enhancing resident well-being and team performance
