Better Home Care is seeking an RN or LPN to care for a two-year-old legally blind female 6p to 6a Mon -Tues and Fri - Sat.  Must have G-Tube experience. Pay is at an enhanced rate.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior G-tube and tracheotomy experience in a home care setting is essential

• Technical Skills: Strong medical knowledge, infection control expertise, and safety protocols

• Soft Skills: Compassion, patience, and leadership qualities

• Licensure: An Active PA LPN license is required

LPN Qualifications & Skills:

• In-depth medical knowledge and expertise

• Ability to think critically and solve problems
