- Current Texas RN license.
- Current Driver's license.
- Private Duty Nursing experience (Minimum 6 months in the past 36 months).
- Trach care experience
- Professional references
- Employment History
- Current CPR.
- TB test, TB blood test or x-ray.
- Must have reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
- No criminal records or drug use record.
- If you are not a U.S Citizen or Permanent resident, you must have a valid work permit.
