WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatric Care to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in various healthcare settings. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care tailored to the unique needs of pediatric patients. Your role also involves collaborating with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, as well as providing support and education to families.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing or a related medical field.
• 6 months of Cardiac PICU experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with children and their families.
• Certifications in BLS and PALS are required; additional pediatric certifications are a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
