Empro Staffing, a leader in healthcare staffing solutions, is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing operations at our partner facilities. In this vital role, you will guide a team of nurses and support staff to ensure that our patients receive the highest standard of care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who is passionate about leadership in nursing and committed to fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

You will be responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and enhancing staff performance through mentorship and training. Your expertise and commitment to patient safety will directly influence the quality of care delivered within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Conduct regular patient assessments and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Oversee compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and facility policies.
• Coordinate communication between nursing staff, physicians, and patient families regarding care protocols and updates.
• Participate in the hiring, training, and evaluation of nursing staff.
• Address any patient care concerns and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Foster a culture of quality improvement and patient safety within the nursing team.

Pay: $55 to $60/hr. (weekly pay, every Thursday)

Shifts:

• 4pm-12am
• 12am-8am

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [NY].
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in developing and implementing performance improvement plans.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
