Job Title: Road Helper

Reports To: Routing Manager

Summary: As a member of the road team, the ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience. Must have a professional demeanor and be able to interact with our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Ability to lift heavy objects such as tables, chairs and other items
2. Loads, unloads and transfers merchandise to designated area in accordance with delivery paperwork
3. Perform deliveries and pickups using dollies and hand trucks
4. Assembly of rental equipment as required: Tables, chairs, dance floor and staging
5. Verifies, counts and records merchandise counts on paperwork
6. Follow company safety rules when on the road
7. Must adhere to company uniform policy
8. Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned
9. Consistently maintain a cooperative and productive level of performance
10. Follow company processes and policies

Requirements

Skills:

Read, write and speak some English

Math aptitude

Reading skills

Professionalism

Understand and follow detailed instructions and procedures

Physical Demands:

Lifting 50 -75 pounds regularly

Use of Hand trucks and rolling carts

Assembly of rental equipment as required: Tables, dance floor and staging

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
