Robotic Line Assembler

Description

Wright Manufacturing, Inc. (WMI), an award-winning producer of commercial grade lawn equipment, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to join our Robotic Line, which focuses on the production of robotic/ autonomous mowers. This role plays a key part in assembling and preparing Wright’s advanced mower systems, including integration with autonomous components.
 

This is a full-time, non-exempt position, earning overtime at time and one half for hours worked over 40 hours per week. Schedule is typically Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:30pm. Occasional work on Saturdays may be needed as workflows dictate.

*Opportunity for overtime is available but not guaranteed

Primary Duties include:

· Assemble robotic mower units and components with accuracy and efficiency

· Perform some electrical and mechanical assembly tasks

· Read and follow hand-written instructions, diagrams, and schematics

· Collaborate directly with our autonomous mower partner to ensure alignment on robotic system components and installations

· Perform quality checks to ensure product meets company and industry standards

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

· Communicate clearly in English with internal team and external partners 

· Participate in ongoing training and process improvement initiatives 

Requirements

Qualified candidates for the role of Robotic Line Assembler should be able to demonstrate:

· Prior assembly or electrical experience preferred

· Ability to read and follow hand-written instructions

· Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)

· Willingness to work hands-on with robotics and autonomation technology

· Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn

· Strong attention to detail

· Consistent work history

· Ability to work in an environment that is not climate controlled

· Ability to work in a moderate to high noise level environment

· Excellent attendance record

· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance 

· Good organizational skills
