🚗 Job Opening: Car Fleet Health Manager

Location: Austin, TX (on-site)
Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week)
Travel: 70% Austin / 30% Dallas (travel paid for by employer)

🔧 About the Role

We’re looking for a Car Fleet Health Manager to keep a fleet of self-driving (autonomous) vehicles running safely and smoothly.

You’ll manage:

• Repairs and maintenance

• Service updates and recalls

• Vehicle health tracking

• Coordination with service teams and engineers

🛠 What You'll Do

• Runs regular maintenance, recalls, and upgrades

• Track and report on the condition of all vehicles

• Organize and supervise repairs (on-site and off-site)

• Keep inspection and service records up to date

• Respond to emergencies like breakdowns or towing needs

• Work closely with technicians and field teams

🎯 Ideal Candidate Has:

• Experience managing a vehicle fleet (taxi, bus, corporate cars, etc.)

• Good with organizing and tracking lots of moving parts

• Comfortable working with mechanics and repair teams

• Strong communication skills

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Willing to travel regularly between Austin and Dallas- steady work all year long. Fast growing robotic/driverless car industry. Huge potential to grow in the new industry whickhgrows larger daily.
