Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate robotic welding equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Load and unload steel components into robotic welding cells.
Start and monitor robotic weld cycles.
Perform visual inspections of welds and finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Remove slag, spatter, and excess material as needed.
Verify part dimensions using tape measures, gauges, and other measuring tools.
Perform minor machine adjustments and notify maintenance of equipment issues.
Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production schedules.
Maintain production goals while ensuring quality workmanship.
Keep work area clean and organized following 5S and safety standards.
Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing, machine operation, robotic welding, or welding experience preferred but not required.
Ability to read a tape measure and use basic measuring equipment.
Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

MIG welding
Manufacturing or production
Blueprint reading
Metal fabrication
Quality inspection
Overhead crane operation (preferred but not required)
