Robotic Welding Team Leader - 2nd Shift

MORryde is currently looking to fill a position for a Robotic Welding Team Leader for our 2nd Shift Operations. In this position you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day supervision of the department, including scheduling of workload, coordinating production, monitoring product standards, and assisting in staffing your team. This position will also allow you to collaborate with Engineering Departments to review the design of products and support the fixture building process for the robotic weld machines. All while encouraging the growth and development of the team members in the Robotic Weld Department. We work as a team at MORryde, so you will also communicate with a wide variety of departments, from engineering to sales and administration to management. 

• Ability to work 2nd Shift, 1:00pm – 9:00pm 
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Understanding of manual welding processes
• Familiar with FANUC software and robotic programming preferred, but not required
• Team player mentality
• Ability to work well with diverse staff, be able to take on special projects, and work independently
• Strong computer skills, with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle stress, maintain organization and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team setting
• The ideal candidate will have a customer focused attitude and work with a sense of urgency
