What You’ll Be Owning (like a boss):
✅ Oversee daily office operations—nothing gets past you
✅ Scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and workflow management via Service Titan
✅ Bookkeeping and payroll with QuickBooks
✅ Customer service with a can-do attitude and a smile they can hear through the phone
✅ Support technicians in the field and keep the chaos controlled
✅ Handle vendor coordination, supplies, and light HR tasks
What We’re Looking For:
✨ Strong command of QuickBooks and ServiceTitan
📞 A voice that says “we’ve got this” and communication skills that would make a talk show host jealous
💼 Office management experience in a service industry preferred
🌈 Optimistic, upbeat, and ready to lead with confidence and humor
🧠 Organized, proactive, and able to pivot quickly when the unexpected hits
