Role Opening: 20252026 Deaf and Hard of Hearing Educator

Our organization is excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for passionate and qualified educators to apply for a Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) teaching position for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time role spans multiple grade levels and is centered on delivering personalized educational experiences for students with hearing impairments.

In this role, you’ll design and modify curriculum to accommodate diverse communication and learning needs. Through ongoing assessments, you’ll evaluate student progress and refine your instruction to ensure individual success. A key responsibility will be delivering targeted, one-on-one and small group instruction while also serving as a resource to fellow educators—providing training and strategies to effectively support DHH learners. You will lead the development and execution of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with students, families, and school staff to foster a cohesive and inclusive support network.
