Job Description - Rolling Mill Trainee

Responsibilities

Contribute to a safe and productive work environment through adherence to safety protocols and proactive problem-solving.
Assist in the monitoring and analysis of rolling mill operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards.
Collect, organize, and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analytics, creating charts, graphs, and reports to support decision-making.
Support engineering and maintenance teams in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in the mill and contribute in the standardization so the problem won’t repeat again.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and power point.
Strong English communications skills.
Graduates only.
