Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, warranties, and repairs via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
• Provide knowledgeable support regarding vehicle features, specifications, and maintenance advice.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and handling service-related issues.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
