This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for air travel and customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers with their inquiries and provide them with the necessary support related to aviation services, ensuring an exceptional experience in Romanian.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, tickets, travel regulations, and additional services via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
• Provide detailed information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and onboard services.
• Assist customers with changes to their bookings, cancellations, and special requests.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive outcome and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery and quick resolution of issues.
• Stay informed about the aviation industry, including updates on services and regulations to provide accurate information.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation or travel sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the aptitude for managing customer inquiries efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and general computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
