Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to banking services, account management, and financial products via phone, email, and chat in Romanian.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting account issues, transaction inquiries, and service requests.
• Educate customers on various banking products and services, including loans, deposits, and investments.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various banking departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
• Stay informed about banking regulations, products, and services to provide up-to-date information to customers.

• Fluency in Romanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to document interactions accurately.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and banking software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
